This program is designed to provide the graduate with the education necessary for job opportunities in industry and the curricular flexibility to allow students to take course work that should, with proper planning, transfer to a bachelor’s degree program in an allied area. Common allied areas would be architecture, engineering, technology, and industrial arts teaching.

This certificate is for students wanting to specialize in mechanical graphics and design. All classes included in the certificate may be taken concurrently while pursuing the AAS in Drafting and Design Technology. - ENTK 1510 - Drafting I (2L,4LB,4CR) *

- ENTK 2510 - CAD-3D Modeling (2L,4LB,4CR) *
- ENTK 1650 - Mechanical Drafting and Design I (2L,4LB,4CR)
- ENTK 2625 - Mechanical Drafting and Design II (2L,4LB,4CR)
- MCHT 2780 - Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machining Center (2L,4LB,4CR)
- MCHT 2790 - Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Turning Center (2L,4LB,4CR)
- MCHT 2800 - Computer Assisted Manufacturing (2L,2LB,3CR)
Note:
*These courses are often completed by students previous to being a degree seeking student at Casper College and are included in the AAS Drafting and Design Technology degree as well. |
