ENGL 0525 - Reading II

This course will focus on reading as a process, and skills specifically emphasized include vocabulary, identifying main ideas, finding and categorizing details, and seeing relationships. It will also focus on reading for different purposes including textbooks and literary texts. S/U or letter grade.


Prerequisites: A grade of “C” or better in ENGL 0505, ACT reading score of 13-20, Compass reading score of 51-73.
