NRST 2635 - Nursing Process III (4L,15LB,9CR) The focus is on the role of the nurse in assisting the person across the lifespan to attain optimal health within the environment. Emphasis is placed upon use of the nursing process and advanced management of persons experiencing alterations in fluid and electrolytes, the neurosensory, respiratory, integumentary, and cardiovascular systems. Guided learning experiences in various community facilities are correlated with classroom and laboratory instruction.
Prerequisites: NRST 1625 , NRST 1630 , ZOO 2110 . Concurrent enrollment: MOLB 2210 (if not taken previously).
