HUMN 2140 - World Literature I (3CR) (3L) Although primarily a study of the literature of the Classical Period of ancient Greece and Rome, some attention will be paid to the other arts, to religion, and to philosophy. Literary values and the qualities of the greatness of selected works of Western civilization, including any ideas embodied in those works, will be the focus.
