This policy establishes guidelines for issuing faculty contracts.

3.1 Faculty employees who receive annual faculty contracts.
The policy of Casper College is to ensure:
4.1 Faculty receive annual notification of their employment status.
5.1 Faculty contract. A binding agreement between Casper College and its faculty members. The contract includes salary, benefits, and employment information for the upcoming fiscal year.
6.1 The Human Resources Department (HR) is responsible for the preparation of faculty contracts.
7.1 HR reviews faculty employee files to ensure that education, experience, and length of employment at the college are up to date. They calculate compensation and prepare faculty contracts for the next year using the updated information and the Faculty Salary Schedule.
7.2 The academic deans or appropriate supervisor distributes the contracts to their faculty no later than spring commencement. Faculty must sign and return their contract by the return date listed in the contract.
