The Certificate in Entrepreneurship is designed to prepare students to succeed in starting their own business or playing a critical role on a business start-up team. This certificate can be taken as a stand-alone certificate, an additional credential alongside a business degree, or as preparation for business as a professional or small business owner in another applied degree field such as STEM, industry and trades, healthcare, or the arts. Wyoming leads the nation in self-employment and many of our students go on to own and operate small businesses. This certificate will empower those students for success with the fundamental business skills they will need as entrepreneurs in their various chosen fields.
