FIRE 1660 - Firefighter Strength and Conditioning (2LB)(1CR) This class is designed to improve muscular strength through the use of free weights and machines while learning proper body mechanics and form. By utilizing a smaller student to instructor ratio, focus on individual student goals will be maximized. This class will use the weight room at the T-Bird gym as well as some outdoor class time weather permitting.
