FIRE 1660 - Firefighter Strength and Conditioning (1CR) (2LB) This class is designed to improve muscular strength through the use of free weights and machines while learning proper body mechanics and form. By utilizing a smaller student to instructor ratio, focus on individual student goals will be maximized. This class will use the weight room at the T-Bird gym as well as some outdoor class time weather permitting.
